Emiteck Company Ltd. was established in the march of 2001 in Shenzhen. At the beginning, We have been dedicated in plastic mold / toolings manufacturing. After 9 years development, now, we have 4 separate factories in China: Mold / Tooling factory in 2001, Car cooler factory in 2003, LEDs factory in 2004, solar factory in 2006. In order to promote our business and offer better service to our customers at home and abroad, we moved most of our business to Suzhou at the beginning of 2007, which is very near to famous Shanghai.
Our mould-manufacturing business has been grown up very quickly these years. Our factory began with several small machines, but now we already have more than100 sets of modern international standard mould-making machines, injection machines, and the quality testing and measured machines. We can offer mould designs, plastic parts molding, logo printing and products assembling services. We have full confidence for any OEM or ODM products.
From the Feb of 2003, we began to adopt ERP system to manage our orders production schedule, production materials control, stocks, and the necessary accounting information. Now our ERP system has been successfully on work in our daily factory management. Together with ISO9001 quality system, our production management is very quick and efficient.
LED and Solar products belong to GREEN items. We will do more contribution in this field. We hope to cooperate with you to develop more and more Green products for the world.
